  I hate leaving Negative reviews, but this place truly sucks. Everything from the way the food was cooked, the quality, and the flavor were terrible, I got extra meat, but I had to throw my bowl away because the flavor tasted off and it was all fat. Not to mention, the tables and floor are very dirty. I’ve Been wanting chipotle for a long time now, but I was super disappointed and will definitely never come back to this location.

  The food was actually really good. Everything had a lot of flavor, the portions were huge, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for how much food you get. That part definitely lived up to the hype. The downside was the service and dining room. The line for both dine-in and mobile pickup was insanely long, and the girls working the counter moved painfully slow like there was no urgency at all. Meanwhile the mobile order station was flying through orders. I counted 8 employees working and somehow not one clean table in the entire place..

  I walked into the Flint location at 245pm on May 9, 2026. There was a sizeable line waiting for service, yet no associates were present. I asked other patrons who said they saw one person awhile ago but they left for some reason. Everyone seemed to be looking around wondering what to do. I decided to leave and visit the Grand Blanc location which was efficient and friendly.

  I’d love to leave a review on my food except I didn’t actually receive it in my pickup order. We got home and our three kids meals were in the bag, but all were missing their sides of fruit. My husband and I didn’t receive our entrees at all despite the order clearly stating all of it was in one bag. I got to the bottom of said bag and my burrito and his burrito bowl were missing. We also didn’t receive the guacamole to go with our chips. This is probably the worse fast food experience I’ve ever had. How do employees just completely miss out two entrees, plus three kids’ sides? We drove 30 minutes there and back just to get our food to be left with nothing to eat for our dinner. With gas prices these days they should have to not only compensate for our meals but also our gas. Absolutely ridiculous! I usually try to have some grace for mistakes like this, but this just seems like pure negligence on the employees’ parts. I will not be back to this Chipotle location ever again.

  I don't usually post 1 star reviews. I ordered on the app. First there were multiple people waiting on their order, the worker giving out the order was not loud enough and was unable to pronounce any of the order names. My order had 2 entrees missing, 3 kids sides missing and gauc from the chips & gauc was missing. None of the drink dispensers were labeled with what was in them and there was no ice. Trying to request a refund from the app did not work so I called the store. I spoke with the manager, who told me the store couldn't do anything about a refund. She was helpful and gave me contact info for support, which did result in a refund. I probably won't go there again as I wasted over an hour of my time on this.
