  This restaurant is messy. The people who work there were Nice and my food tasted good when I got it. There’s old food left on the counters and floors. The garbage is are full, and the condiment area needs to be stocked. Didn’t even have napkins. I think they need a little help and guidance.

  This has to be one of the most poorly managed restaurants I have seen. Have 8 people woking here and everyone is moving in slow motion and some just standing around. Should not take 30 minutes to get some tacos.....

  Came in 5:29pm stood behind 4 people line wasnt moving. Look out to my right and see a worker witha grey beard chilling outside the window staring at the people in in line from outside, apron still on and everything then comes in doesnt change apron or washes hands bro just starts serving people. Coming from a server i was Disgusted I walked right back out.

  I wish I could give more stars for the service. On a recent visit to the area, my daughter was trying to place an order for this location but accidentally sent it to the location near our home. That’s were Tiesha and Aalaysjia came in, they treated this like it was there error (even though it was not). They called our host location and tried desperately to save us the over $40 we spent. I was beyond grateful because this was so much more than what they were placed here to do. This was also a gentle reminder that good customer service is still alive and well. Thank you to the team here at this location. Definitely a place to visit for kind and true customer service.

  Haven't been to this location in a while because it's always so terrible, and since they opened the WAY better Grand Blanc location, but I see this location hasn't changed a bit. I Ordered online. It took 30 minutes longer than the app said it would, as usual. You can see in the pictures how absolutely filthy it is here. There was only one person working the online order station despite there literally being 10 other employees here, most of which were just meandering around the kitchen pretending to look busy. While I was standing there waiting for my order, a big guy, I assume was the manager, came out from the back wearing jeans and a filthy chipotle shirt that went down to his knees. He filled a giant cup with soda and then just walked back to the back where he came from despite there being a line out the door of walk in customers, and 6 people standing there waiting for online orders. Also, they were out of fajita veggies like they are every single time I go to this location. I don't understand how this location is always so backed up and always so filthy with this many employees there. Although, as you can see in the pictures I added, there is only 1 of the 10 employees doing anything at all. Probably explains a lot.
