  Never a review person but EVERY TIME I go here they are out of everything. Last time I went and they had no steak, no chicken, no fajita veggies, and were out of queso and running low on many items… it was noon! They had a 40 minute wait on any new protein because it wasn’t even prepped or started. Obviously management needs to be more active with advising what is running low or something. Even just now I placed a door dash and they have no beef options and was another 20-40 minute wait… if you want a steak anything go literally anywhere else

  This place is run by teenagers or young people that are lazy and don’t know what they doing. It’s a shame that every time you go in they out of EVERYTHING!!!!! They either need to close or hire older people that actually know what they doing, it’s crazy they have inventory and don’t cook it or put it out instead they tell you they out of it. I won’t be going back, the past 3 times me or my daughter has went they have not had anything on the line but still have 5-6 hours before they close. This place needs to be reported to the BBB cause ain’t no sense in being open if you don’t have no food and won’t cook any either.

  Went in yesterday and stood in line for 25 minutes while the poor girl did the whole line by herself. There were at least 20 people in line. Only 4 people were served within that 25 minutes. Finally after standing there that long the line was told they had no chicken or steak. The worst part of it, you had 2 female employees walking around the front, near the line on their cellphones. You had this girl working this long line alone while 2 employees just walked around glued to their phones. And why are their personal belongings near food? The one girl was talking on her phone on the line. I will be contacting the health department.

  Place is good… at sucking. Workers are extremely lazy and move slow enough to where they would give old folks home residents a run for their money, but lose convincingly. Basically they were standing around dazed and confused. Some sleeping while standing, with a few micro moments of burrito assembly. I couldn’t be this inefficient if I tried, pretty wild thing to witness. It almost seemed unreal. I’ve seen cleaner 2 am Waffle Houses and trucker bathrooms than this restaurant. No clean tables to sit at, trash overflowing from bins to the floor, kitchen horrible to put it nice, etc. Didn’t look at bathrooms bc I didn’t wanna catch diseases. Looked like a bunch of hoarders worked there and save/collect trash. Owner should sell off.

  I placed and paid for an online order that was scheduled to be ready for pickup at 9:30 PM. I specifically placed the order in advance so that it would be ready when I arrived. After driving out of my way to the restaurant, I arrived expecting my order to be ready. Instead, I waited at the restaurant with no order and no meaningful update. At approximately 9:45 PM, I was finally informed that the restaurant did not have chicken available and that it would be another 30 minutes before they could even begin preparing my order. This was particularly frustrating because the restaurant had already accepted my online order, charged me for it, and provided a 9:30 PM pickup time. If the restaurant could not fulfill the order, I should have been notified before I drove to the location—not after I arrived and had already spent significant time waiting. Ultimately, I spent approximately 45 minutes dealing with an order that was never provided to me. I left the restaurant without my food and without a refund. What made the situation even more disappointing was that this occurred on my wedding anniversary. Instead of enjoying the evening with my wife, I spent a significant portion of it driving to and waiting at Chipotle for food that I never received. I understand that restaurants occasionally run out of ingredients. My concern is how the situation was handled. The online ordering system continued accepting orders and providing pickup times despite the restaurant apparently being unable to fulfill them, and no one notified me before I arrived.
