  This was my first experience at Charley’s and it was amazing the experience was definitely great my sever was wonderful and very helpful her name was Ellie . If I could give a 10/10 for her it would be a 10 .

  Had great service! Had a very complicated order with very specific items. Ellie did a fantastic job! Was very friendly and made sure we were all satisfied with our order.

  I like Ellie at the Drive thru window ! 💕 She is nice 😊 - What I don’t like is that I can’t upcharge my drink on a kids meal. Food does be fresh if you eat it soon as you get it. I just feel like this isn’t the food that you wait til you make it home and still expect the fresh off the grill experience.

  I was approached by Ellie on social media telling me to give her a review although I've never been to the place I feel as tho this is not trustworthy and I've come here to explain my frustrations I never knew about this establishment before her but now I will forever remember it because of an untrustworthy person she is and I hope you don't harbor people that participate in behaviors of like her Because that would be a shame (Now that I have sent my review I can now see that more than a half dozen people have made a review because she sent a copy paste on social media these are not real reviews I would also like to add that fake Google reviews have heavy fines up to $51,744 per violation from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
