    Waited 10 minutes to be waited on only to be told our coupons do not work at this alleged franchise. I've never dealt with that in 50+ years of eating Arby's. Your response is purposely vague and insincere. I already decided not to return to this store.

    Always a better option for fast food. Mcdonalds hasn't got a chance and Burger King needs to just shut their doors on Fenton rd. Dort hwy had better service.

    Staff is always nice. My order is always right when I order at this location. Other places still add the sauerkraut. And the manager is always hands on helping with a smile.
