  I can get three soft tacos in a combo meal with a large pop for $9.19 A soft taco is $1.89 and during happy hour a medium pop is one dollar for $6.67. I can get the same thing with a medium pop yet I’m paying a additional $2.52 to have a large pop instead of a medium! What kind of scam are you guys running at Taco Bell? This is just absurd! Your beverage prices are absolutely astronomical regardless, but this just doesn’t make sense to me

  They are great at ensuring modifications are correct and my order is always correct. My main problem is the AI that answers for orders. It always gets the orders incorrect and an employee has to fix it. Remove the AI and this taco bell would be perfect

  Night crew kills it! Especially tonight. The gentleman at the window, was so kind and polite. He asked all the right questions, like if I wanted sauce, and my bag was filled with napkins and the correct order. Plus, I got a really nice smile, along with an along with a genuine kindness and that meant the world to me right now! They all seemed like they were actually enjoying their job, plus everything was on point? Perfect.

  Was having a terrible day. Gavin was such a sunshine even recommended a new product for me to try and it was delicious.

  Took over an hour for food and the food was horrible and cold. The food was literally disgusting! Had the door dash person waiting 40 min. To pick up the food. So they made my food had it set aside for 40 min instead of making a fresh order! Ridiculous!
