  Ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 bags of chips and 1 pop. The only thing they got right were the bags of chips and 1 of the sandwiches. Wrong pop flavor and size, random items put on one of the sandwiches and they didnt even make one of the sandwiches I ordered but made a completely different sandwhich of their choosing I guess. I will drive to the Woodhaven location and past this location from now on. This isnt the first time its happened here but it will be the last. Get it together- its subs

  If i could give negative stars I would. This is the 3rd time ive eaten here and every time I come in here the same employee Mark is always rude makes negative comments towards customers acts like he hates his job ive also seem him yelling at other employees. This guy walks around looking and acting like he hates his job its ridiculous.

  Food is usually good. But tell me why management failed to contact us and tell us sorry we are out of bread and we can't make your order. Almost 40 mins after we ordered lack of leadership and customer service. Better hope is get my refund. Also you driver lost out on a 13 dollar cash tip because of your management. I don't believe for one second they were out of bread. And said oh we were busy 20 mins before closing. I think it was laziness. Excuses after excuse.
