The banana splits, they didnt have bananas or pineapples either time. I ordered extra nuts, they didnt add extra nuts, this time they barely put strawberry topping on it it at all. Only good thing is that they gave my husband a quart of ice-cream for the inconvenience, at least there was some customer service. We will find a different location and so should you. By all of the reviews here being 1 star, you can see that they dont care about their business, so neither should we. As a former Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robins store manager, corporate would be appaled at this level of neglect for one of their stores. They need to find a new franchisee.

The lady in front if us only ordered a kids scoop. We tried to order cookie dough which is a popular flavor but was rudely told they don't sell it. The other times they were more expensive then other Baskin Robin's and smaller portion. I live close but I'll drive further away to get my Baskin Robin's. The owner should just pack up shop now cause flat rock is a small town that is not going to put up with lazy workers and price gouging. Especially since people talk. I know a lot that won't be going back.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
