  Even Arby's has gone to crap! 15 bucks for this burnt steak and chz and I ordered a regular roast beef but received a beef and cheddar that went straight to the trash as I do not like onions or arby sauce!

  I had such an awesome experience at the Flat Rock Arby’s! Brendan, Dylan, and Braden truly went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. Honestly, I haven’t been to Arby’s in a really long time, but the service we received from these three completely changed that. This is the kind of experience that makes you want to come back again and again. Brendan, Dylan, and Braden are a huge asset to this location. Their hard work and great attitudes absolutely deserve to be recognized .. and honestly, these guys deserve a raise! Thank you for making our visit such a great one. We’ll definitely be back!

  Couldn’t get anything from this location due to severe negligence when it comes the parking lot drain system. Completely flooded parking lot… bad.

  I work nearby the Arby's here in flat rock michigan. I recently got hurt in an accident and damaged one of my eyes. I what short on cash but could pay for the sandwiches. I asked kindly for 2 beef and cheddars. They made them thick for me and give me a small curly fry. It means a lot in this community for a company and employees to go out of their way to help somebody. This is a beautiful location. And their employees truly care about their regular customers. If I could give them 10 stars , I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I'm , on a lower budget at the moment. They provided for me and i'm grateful. #67 One of the Employee's of the month that helped me is so kind. 👐 bless you all! 😇
