  The lady who took my order at the drive-thru was very pleasant and polite. The food came quickly and was hot. I'd definitely recommend this location.

  I wanted to recognize John for his outstanding customer service. He was patient, friendly, and handled our order issue with a positive attitude. Because of him, we'll definitely be returning. Thank you for making our visit a great one!

  Love arbys food but golly the workers can have a better attitude! How dare she ask why people cant pack lunches! The whole time people got their food she complained so the whole store could hear. If she didnt wanna work today she could've called off. This ruined the whole experience. I hope you do some research into who is working today because that was the most unprofessional visit I've ever had at any establishment.
