  I ordered a black bean crunchwrap today and when I bit into it, it was full of beef. As a vegetarian, this really sucked. I called them to remedy it, and they offered to remake it if I came back. I had limited time on my lunch break from work, but I agreed to this. I went and picked it up, and due to needing to rush back to work, wasn't able to check it immediately. When I did, none of my modifications from the original order (specifically no tomatoes, add rice) were present. Ultimately, while that's only like 80 cents worth of stuff missing, I *did* pay for it and am extremely frustrated. When I called back the second time, they were less helpful. Be wary of ordering here if you have any dietary needs or preferences.

  Came on my 30 minute break nobody was in the line only ordered nacho fries and they were old!!! Tasted like they had been sitting for over 30 mins I think this is a a shame I come back to tell them no apology they tell me wait 3 mins instead of I’m sorry for selling you old food I don’t think people understand how hard we work to come pay for food that’s not worth it I spent $12 on fries and a drink and 2 cinnamon bons it’s no reason why I should be getting handed out OLD FOOD!!! When nobody was in this line this is ridiculous yall need to be out of business for that one won’t be getting my money again I don’t get why people don’t wanna do they job!

  As a 40 year old man, a navy veteran ive been all over the world. Ive had ok, good, bad, terrible and outstanding food. This taco bell is by far the best taco bell ive ever been too. Everything for my family was deliciously fresh and well made. The price gauging is from corporate, we spent 45.00 on only 6 tacos. The employees here did an outstanding job on the food being made.
