  I placed an order & realized afterwards I had ordered to the wrong address. When I called, staff contacted the driver & realized they'd already delivered it... I was expecting a, well you're out of luck, but instead, she told me they'd re-make my order and get it delivered to the correct location! I couldn't believe it and appreciated it SO much; then that staff member delivered it herself. Such great customer service & made my entire day.

  Whenever I'm craving Jimmy John's I always order from this location. I've been coming here for years and haven't had any issues. The staff I've interacted with have always been friendly and nice.

  Fast, fresh, and reliable. The sandwiches are always made quickly, taste great, and the service is consistent. Perfect spot when you want something quick without sacrificing quality.

  The manager Crystal is great, shw shows great customer service everyone in the restaurant was happy and very friendly
