Unacceptable for people who want to be at work on time. And lastly,…. Hate to say it but sometimes the culture of other people play a big part on customer service

It caught me off guard so much that I forgot to get scanned so I can have Dunkin’ Donuts points. The way he was shouting at me, then forgot to add my donut to my receipt and told me to take a look at the receipt. Cause he felt that I didn’t believe him. Won’t be going back to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again for this terrible treatment and service.

However my experience this morning prompted me to write this review! This location is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The women staff is ALWAYS rude (and I say women because the older gentleman who use to work there a long time ago and the other young man answers the phone and were quick to rectify the situation). My mobile is hardly ever ready although I’m ordering it way ahead of time as well as serving old and/or cold food on multiple occasions! Terrible business, terrible employees and terrible service! I would NOT patronize this business. You’re liable to get bagels hard as a hockey puck from the night before or half cooked wraps and hash browns because they are trying to cut time cooking everything together instead of doing it properly. Or maybe bitter iced coffee because they didn’t stir it properly when made. Who knows but try at your own risk! I do not recommend!
