If you ever have the pleasure of Ivy making your bowl she is incredibly kind and reassuring when making requested changes. This is a busy location and I get nervous when the lines are long but Ivy made the whole experience a breeze!

My tacos were ice cold and wet with liquid from the corn salsa pooling at the bottom making the shell too soggy to hold the toppings. This was supposed to have fajita veggies also but this location has never managed to get an order correct. I’ve avoided this location for years because it’s obviously managed by a toddler, but I thought there’s no way they would stay open if they were consistently this bad. I was wrong. The bowl we ordered was also ice cold and missing ingredients. I tried to eat my steak bites from the taco but they tasted like freezer burnt old meat.

The manager was hiding in the back and appeared to be putting on a belt that... never quite made it on his person. Nor did he ever show his face even as the line grew. As soon as I walked in I noticed the store was dirty. Food remnants on the table and floor. No napkins. No straws. No plastic ware. Limited lids for cups. No cups for the hot sauce. I waited in line for close to 10 minutes and when it was my turn... most of the food was near the bottom of the container. My order wasn't correct but I didn't want to fuss because the staff was doing the best they could with what they had. GET. NEW. MANAGEMENT. ASAP.
