- TLTrooper Long3 days ago1.0It’s pretty awful here. They are in need of a change in management! I walk in on a Sunday at 7 PM and there’s one person ahead of me in line who is standing at the front. There are six other people sitting down facing the counter, looking as though they’re waiting patiently for stuff to happen with their orders. Meanwhile, on the side, I see a worker preparing carryout orders, which I’m guessing are taking priority over people actually standing in line waiting for service. Anyway, I’ve been waiting now for almost 10 minutes and I’ve decided to give up and walk next-door to get a sub sandwich. The staff here must be trained to look at the customers and acknowledge their presence. Someone should be expediting orders on all sides, not just one. If you ran out of ingredients, that’s just poor management. Order enough from your vendors. Do the food prep. Learn customer service 101. Until you learn these things, you will continue to lose dollars and customers. The single star that I’m leaving with this review is quite generous!

All in all it’s ok but could definitely improve on the cleanliness of both the food prep area and the dining room and be better prepared with the food item offerings being stocked and fresh.
