When we asked about it, we were told, “We want to leave at midnight.” That’s not how posted business hours are supposed to work. If the store closes at 11:23 PM, the hours should say 11:23 PM—or, more reasonably, the employees should remain open until the advertised closing time. I understand employees want to go home, but customers also make plans based on the hours a business posts. If you advertise that you’re open until midnight, customers should be able to walk in and order until midnight. Very disappointing experience.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
