As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- TTtrinity thompsonApr 18, 20261.0had a bad experience last time with order being wrong, thought i’d try again for the benefit of the doubt but i got home and both my burgers were cold, not room temperature, cold. to the point where the cheese wasn’t even melted. mozzarella sticks were fine other than the fact they were literally dripping in grease from the fryer, the only good thing i got out of this experience was the dude at the window was hot and even that , didn’t make me feel better about the whole experience. thank u and goodnight 🫱🏻🫲🏼

The burger was smaller than my hope for this company to provide quality or half decent food. The burger changed my life for the worse and made me choose to NEVER EAST HERE AGAIN

Ed makes you feel like everything is going to be okay. He lifts you up the second you get there and is just the sweetest most positive person every single time. When he's working the food literally taste better and fresher! Just amazing, and I don't normally ever post a review, especially on a fast food chain.

I could only see one worker and he was on his phone of course. Eventually another worker who was on his lunch break let him know there were customers waiting. Actually looked like I was bothering him and I nearly walked out.
