And Serifinia went above and beyond by checking on us, getting ice when the machine ran out, and even fetched us a cookie to complete our meal. This Panera is our "go-to" lunch spot!

They had no clean bowls so were putting everything in to go bowls. Waited for over 25 minutes at around 2:30pm and the restaurant was not busy.
