    Second time stopping while grabbing some groceries. Was very excited to have this addition to Fenton but unfortunately the service and quality of beverages is lacking. When we place our order for light ice and watch the young lady fill the entire cup with ice and I ask her to please use light ice I was told "this is light ice" I am fully aware of a cup filled to the top with ice. If you need to up charge for light ice then do that dont just lie to your customers when we know the difference. We will not be using this dunkin as one of our go to coffee shops anymore since the lack of service is subpar.
