  I recently visited this location and was disappointed by the service. One staff member seemed unprepared, and what should have been a quick simple drink order took about 45 minutes. Only 2 drinks were made, while she only filled 4 cups of ice THE WHOLE time . Me and my friend left after not getting our drinks because she said she would be back momentarily. She did have multiple orders on her screen as well. she needed help stuff was everywhere she was putting lids on at the cashier register as well as digging for change OUT of HER tips. I watched her grab me and my friends mini bagels out of a box on the counter who knows how long that had been sitting there . I’m disappointed not only in the service but management on a Saturday morning one person working . This place should be shut down because of how disorganized and disgusting it was.IM APPALLED.

  Even ordering ahead off of the app. ALWAYS still have to wait 15/20 minutes for a couple of drinks and sausage egg and cheese wraps. And most of the time I have to triple check to make sure the order is right.

  Absolute worst service in Fenton. Waited for 7 minutes at the drive-thru order station just to tell them that I had a mobile order. Had I not already paid for the order, I would have left. The service is consistently terrible. Unbelievable that this location is still open.

  I ordered on the app for a pick up and I regret it… we waited almost 20minutes for the drinks to be complete. There was only one girl working, she was very distracted talking to a Kroger employee who was the only one waiting for a drink ahead of us, and behind the counter was a complete disaster. It was SO disgusting behind the counter. Syrup bottles lying everywhere, the floor was dirty, half made drinks on the back counter, nothing looked wiped down, and the cashier counter had trash all over. If I hadn’t ordered online I would have walked away and not ordered at all. One drink was made completely wrong. Management needs to come in and retrain their staff, and clean up the space before anyone gets food there. It was completely off putting.

  2nd time visiting this location and placing a mobile order. The girls working are sweet, robin is very good but i think the lack of training really shows at this location especially during the morning shift… My bacon on my wrap this morning was still cold, I couldn’t even eat it
