  I’ve been to Dunkin’s all around the United States and this is by far the worst one I’ve come across by a long shot the employees are slow and they’ve given me literal milk after I ordered an ice coffee they put no effort into making their drinks the employees are rude and couldn’t care less about how drink tastes or how they treat you all around terrible location AVOID AT ALL COSTS there is a Dunkin inside kroger that’s not too far from there I would suggest going to that one instead as an alternative

  My absolute favorite fast cafe place. Unfortunately there must be alot of newer employees because I've had a few mix ups for some orders. But they were all nice and understanding. I love how cheap their drinks are and their bacon is my favorite. Plus they're super close and open super early.

  The service was fast and they did great there was an issue with hearing me at the drive thru speaker I didn't get any names to give them kudos but the service crew handled the difficulty kindly and efficiently I got exactly what I ordered very quickly excellent job evening crew May 12th 2026!

  Placed an online order for to frozen coffees and half dozen donuts. Was in line for 40Minutes. Finally got to window and they gave one of my drinks away which they did remake. The donuts were half wrong from what I ordered.

  I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but after my third or fourth visit at this location, I just have to say this is the absolute worst Duncan I’ve ever been to! The staff is run by rude teenagers or 20 Something-year-olds that never greet you, or say anything friendly or apologetic to you even after you wait forever for your order, which happened to me every time that I’ve been there. The food has been cold. The coffee does not taste good. The inside looks dirty. The staff seems like they don’t even wanna be there and with the terrible customer service, I don’t either. Wish that this was a better coffee spot for our town, but unfortunately it’s not. Could we just bring back the old McDonald’s?
