    Usually love chipotle, this location for some reason both times I went food was horrible, portions are small, service is bad, location is super dirty and unsanitary.

    Mixed feelings about this place, sometimes it’s good and sometimes just meh especially for how much we spend on dinner for our family there :/ and this time I got a produce sticker in my bowl

    First time at Chipotle, everyone was super friendly. Food was great and good portions. It was also nice to see who I assume was a manager right there making sure things were clean and in order. Overall a great experience will definitely be going back.

    Listen, I love Chipotle, and I was stoked to have one in Fenton, but I have never across all the Chipotle’s I’ve been to gotten this little food for this high of a price. The same $10 bowl I get in most other locations is $15 here, with maybe half the portion sizing. A double steak bowl with cilantro lime sauce is over $20 when I can get it at another location for $15 while getting a much larger portion. I want this Chipotle to be as good as any other, but it has missed the mark entirely. I’ve attached a received bowl at the Fenton location vs. the same order with hot sauce at another Chipotle location. The difference is stark.

    Went to pick up an order placed online on 5-9-26. Order estimated to be approx a half hour after we ordered. Went to pick up and the whole place was a disaster and people who had put in take out orders had been waiting literally hours. The food service area was filthy as was everything in the kitchen. I wanted to cancel my order but was told by an employee that there’s no way to do that in store or online without waiting a long time for my money back. We left and went across the street to have a drink as we were told our order was going to be a while. Finally just before close we we notified it was done. Went to pick and no one said a word about or order not being what we actually ordered with many completely missing items and only half full things of others of that. I had six people To feed! The food we did get was disgusting. I called to speak with a manager and got the general manager who said he would remake the order whenever we want since they we out of most things. What I received barely fed my three teenagers. Us adults ended up ordering a pizza because there wasn’t enough for us and guess what, the kids were still hungry too so good thing i ordered two large pizzas. I keep trying to call and get my order remade and no one ever answers the phone or I am told the GM isn’t in. I spent $120 for maybe $20 worth of food. Even paid extra for additional things we didn’t even get -ordered xtra steak and got a half pan full of burnt dry steak and a 2 ounce cup of “extra steak!” We were given about a quarter of pinto beans when I ordered black beans. The rice was barely half full and was brown rice. None of us even like brown rice! I ordered white. We were missing most of the salsas and only got one small container of red salsa when I ordered three different ones, the lettuce was horrible and only a small handful. Ordered a large queso and got once again the tiny plastic cup that was enough for one person. Ordered large chips and there was barely any in the bag. Tortillas were hard and stale. The whole order was over half missing and what we did get was gross. $120 down the drain and we a lot of food. At this point I will be contacting corporate because no one ever answers to get my order remade and the GM is apparently never there if they do answer. Terrible food and service at this location. I really wanted to give them a chance to make it right. I’m going up to the store in the morning to give them one last chance. I called tonight again and asked for him and the girl said one moment, and then said actually he just left. The service manager got on the phone and of course knew nothing of this incident. So here we’re are over a month later and still no correction and I’m still out $120. Disappointed because I was glad to have chipotle in Fenton. Never had this issue at any other locations.At this point I don’t even want the food redone because it’s such a filthy place. I just want my $120 back!!!!!!!
