  Display food looked terrible This place has the dirtiest kitchen! work tables & kitchen floors NASTY & make line food was GROSS . Crews hair men and women's hanging over shoulders swinging in there face. Employing cutting the chicken took off his glove and picked his nose then continued cutting which was now cold chicken with snot. Should be closed down by health department . This restaurant will always be unhealthy .

  7pm 05/17/2026. My boyfriend and I decided to go in and check this place out. He’s never had Chipotle before so I was excited to see if he liked it. We walked in and there were two employees behind a wall that yelled to the back “you have a line”. As we were waiting for an employee to help us, we noticed that the food line was a complete mess. Meat thrown around in different metal tins of other meats, sour cream and toppings everywhere. Then we unfortunately looked at the prep tables. Metal bowls everywhere, crusted meat juice on the tables. You could tell the mess had been sitting there long enough to dry onto the stainless steel. It was so disgustingly messy we ended up both deciding this place might make us sick and walked out. Every employee was standing around doing nothing. Yuck.

  Placed online order st 730p for 8p pickup tonight - 845p finally ready. Very poor management. 10+ people waiting and dining room empty. Why have staff doing nothing with dozens of orders waiting. This location is the worst I have ever visited. People walking away for the hour I sat in the parking lot waiting. Parking lot drivers around front/side to rear of building zooming and not safe. Management needs to get their act together before this location is closed or boycotted by the community. Small portions, no option to add rice or extra toppings on app.

  Very unsanitary! Guy checked the steam table temp. Splashed a bunch of dirty water on prep area. Then a young lady, Literally set my burrito shell in the dirty steam table water, after trying to wipe it with her plastic glove on, then wrapped the burrito with the same dirty glove on, broke the shell, set another burrito shell in the dirty water, double wrapped, then served it. To top it all off, no answer when I called to complain and get a refund. I can only imagine what’s on the bottom of those pots in the steam water and everyone today is getting a taste, thanks to her and chipotle’s very poor sanitation training.

  They had their grand opening! Ordered real late because muchies ya know? Staff was amazing and kind to my fiancè and helped us when we forgot our drinks with our pick up order even when they were slammed at 9:45pm, 15 minutes before close, the employee with brown hair on the phone was "an angel" according to my fiancè and she provided a great experience. We will be coming back and they actually give good portions!! The guy that packed the meal was extremely pleasant as well!! I wish we got their names but if you were at the front counter at 9:45pm on Monday, May 4th 2026 or packing orders and putting them on the shelf, y'all were amazing and keep doing as good as you are!!
