  Great staff and food. Service was fast, food was delicious and the BOGO boneless wings on Thursdays is always a plus.

  Had an online order, and called to ask them to divide the wings a certain way. They did the opposite of what I requested, when I called I spoke with Jermaine and he had my order fixed and a replacement ready in 10 minutes. I’ve never had an issue before, food is always good, and customer service is great! W Jermaine

  The staff was pleasant, but incompetent. The good: we were greeted nicely and the table was.set up quickly for our large party of 8. Our drink order and appetizer order was taken quickly. Drinks and appetizers arrived in a reasonable amount of time. This where the good ends. The bad - if only one of these happened, no worries, but altogether, I cannot.believenwe spent $175.00. The only thing comped was the dinner they never got right so it was never delivered bonus correctly. Our chips for one of our appetizers.had so much salted, you could the white salty film on the chips. We asked for new chips and they arrived. Our food took 75 minutes to arrive at.out table after ordering. The waitress never offered to check on it. When the food finally arrived, the food was cold. My fries were cold to touch. My burger was slightly warmer that room temperature. We sent back one order of fries - we should have sent back all of thenffos as NONE of it was actually hot. We did not want to wait an additional 75 minutes. Mind you, the restaurant was only about at 1/3 capacity. My daughter ordered the spicy chicken wraps with no lettuce and grilled chicken. The first arrived with crispy chicken and lettuce. The second one arrived with crispy chicken. By now, we have been at the restaurant over 2 hours (we arrived at 6:30 and it is now 8:30). We have no doubt that all of the food was cooked at the same time and sat there until the waitress suddenly noticed. During our wait, my daughter (she is in jer early 40's) noticed that our waitress was frequently hanging out with the cooking staff, dancing around and joking with them for several minutes at a time. When we left, the waitress said she compednthe chicken wrap like it was a favor. My daughter did notnget a meal in 2 hours, just her side of macaroni and cheese side order. This gathering ofn3 generations was to celebrate my husband's birthday. The entire experience was frustrating and stressful and we.paid full price for everything except yhe food we actually never got. Until this Buffalo Wild Wings is under new management in Fenton, MI, we will drive the 40-minute round trip to eat at the one in Hartland as the one in Hartland is fabulous.

  Attended this location on 4/18 with a party of two for dinner around 8:30pm. It took 25 minutes to receive water yet the whole restaurant was approximately a third full and did have a full staff on al ends of the business. After receiving waters, waitress apologies for wait. We did ask for lemons, which we received ten minutes after receiving the waters. Still did not take our order. Now our orders were taken, which came out cold and incorrect for both myself and my friend. In addition, I ordered a classic margarita when I ordered my water. That margarita never came.. it came once I completely finished my meal (approx. 45 minutes after ordering yes I set timers). She brought two saying the bartender messed one up, so she figured to bring both. I love that, and appreciate her kindness. But overall, I prefer promptness and the correct order. She seemed persistent on me taking the margarita. It took three times of me saying no and bring the bill for it to click. In addition, the whole experience that really frustrated me was watching our server only interact with the three tables and consistently take laps around the establishment but not acknowledging many tables NOR their needs. The manager on duty approached our table, but instead of asking about our service or how everything was. I was asked what cologne I was wearing. Speaking from personal experience and transparency, this location just appears to without doubt disappoint me the more I attend. I want a refund.
