    I just went through the drive-thru and got a pulled pork sandwich I asked for the combo and if the mac and cheese was included he said yes. I got to the window to pay there was an upcharge on the mac and cheese he did not inform me about. The pulled pork sandwich when I got home was nothing but fat very disappointed the total meal cost me $12.50 the mac and cheese was hard and chewy nothing but fat on the pulled pork never again.

    I was so disappointed in the management there tonight we ordered our food for our family inside to take home. The young man that took are order was so nice and respectful. After we got our food I noticed two things where missing my husband went to let them know an the young man was apologizing and management that was getting the food ready blamed him yelled at him in front of my self and other customers how unprofessional and unnecessary. He is young and learning and you are supposed to be teaching him not belittling him. We felt so bad when we left. I hope he knows he’s worth more than that.

    My husband I ate today at the owen rd location and we had a terrible experience. Both of are eros were cold the bread was falling apart and it had little meat and all lettuce Ask the male manager their for help he was awful,rude, and should not be in customer service.

    Prompt and friendly. She (the manager, Penny, I believe) was patient and very thorough informing me of options. She was also generous with packets of sauces. The menu seemed to be new and expanded. She suggested an item and I wasn't disappointed. The restaurant was clean. Thanks, I will be back.

    Every time we have ordered from here for DoorDash, the order is wrong or incomplete! Very tired of this happening. I’m freshly postpartum, ordered DoorDash for this reason and I’m missing parts of my order. For the price I paid for this, this is disappointing and the only way it can be corrected is if I go to the location to get it fixed, which defeats the purpose of door dashing the order and is incredibly inconvenient with a newborn and healing from childbirth.
