  We have just had my birthday party for 42 people at the PARS Bistro. I am very grateful and have nothing but the praise for Max and his staff. Food, service, ambience, privacy — everything was top notch; food was actually better than top notch; it was phenomenal! And price-wise, the restaurant is very reasonable and Max is an unbelievably decent person! Thank you so very, very much!

  Pars Restaurant Persian Restaurant Farmington Hills Michigan Eating here felt like a luxury, and that alone makes me want to keep coming back. It felt like a palace or a museum of fine art. I was greeted by the most gorgeous hostesses, who were really, really amazing and helped me feel ultra comfortable. The paintings on the walls and the figurines transport a person overseas in their mind and spirit. I almost felt like I was at my father's house it was so comfortable sitting in here. The tranquility of this place was remarkable and they had a funny game show on TV that was light-hearted like what my dad would watch when we would lounge at home. The food was beyond appetizing too, I really felt like I loved my experience here. I ordered the Ghaymeh Bademjoon which is a stewed beef that was delicious delicious delicious. Persian restaurants are famous for using saffron in every dish, it really adds a floral but unique taste to the stew. There were lentils incorporated in the stew as well as eggplant and large chunks of the most tender stewed beef. Before they gave me my entree the hostess had set out fresh-baked buns that really really made me feel my money was well spent. The rice was excellent too, I love a nice and warm dining experience with my food. The dimly lit lights really set the mood to be comfortable. There was a sweet old Persian couple dining in and that was heartwarming. All in all, this was a 10/10 experience. The architecture is unmatched and a sight for sore eyes.   One of my favorite restaurants ever!! My brother-in-law and sister brought me here for the first time and everyone was so welcoming, the atmosphere is so cozy, and the food is delicious.

  I had an enjoyable lunch here a bit late. It wasn’t terribly busy when I arrived, and the place is quite large. It has a decent atmosphere, and the staff seemed very hospitable. The food was delicious, and came in sizable portions. I ordered the Ghormeh Sabzi, which I hadn’t had before but was very tasty. It was savory, herbal, and had a slightly sour taste. If their menu didn’t have so many other options to try, I’d order that again in a heartbeat. I’d definitely eat here again.

  The ambience and seating of this restaurant are quite nice and the place looks decent, but the most important soul of any restaurant is its food, and that completely disappointed here. I ordered a vegetarian kebab yesterday, but instead, I was served just sauteed veggies and rice, which tasted absolutely terrible. When the food isn't good, what is the point of a nice ambience or seating? A good dining experience requires both taste and quality, both of which were missing here. I really did not enjoy this experience at all.
