  I wanted to comment the man who made my sandwiches on Sunday, July 26th. I believe his name is Blaine. Not only is my sandwich phenomenal, but his top notch customer service & genuine kindness were amazing! As I only have use of one hand, certain things can be tricky for me (ESPECIALLY carrying things & opening my car door at the same time). Blaine was incredibly patient with me and even took the time to walk towards the door to help me with everything. This may seem like a small gesture, but things like these are actually HUGE for people like me & others with limited mobility. His kindness does not go unnoticed & I’m willing to bet he is an asset to the team. Thank you for everything. -Lindsay Vos

  So I placed an order around 5pm on Saturday, today , thinking they were open because everywhere online - Google , Apple Maps they both say they are open until 9 . As you can see from my screenshots . And my order was rejected I was directed to call the store and my card was charged . So obviously I’m thinking okay did that get the order or not because my card was definitely charged just now . So I called . The first one they let ring all the way through until I got an error message. The second call , this guy answers clearly with an attitude and says “jimmy John’s after hours” - like bro seriously ? What a rude way to answer the phone . Clearly I didn’t know they were closed because there’s nothing online indicating they would be and it’s fricking Saturday afternoon, the weathers beautiful, why would they be closed ? Just makes no sense to be mad someone is calling with no information at all , trying to get help and you’re rude . Obviously I didn’t get help but yea not cool and the kicker is I didn’t even intend on ordering from this location. But now I know not to . Ever

  Went through the drive thru. Ordered 1 pickle. No cut. Repeated do not cut. Pulled up to the window, literally watch dude grab the pickle and cut it. Yes he was wearing headphones so he heard me. Maybe of they cleaned their knife off before cutting other things. I wouldn't get dressing from someone else's sandwich, I wouldn't mind.
