I used to frequent this location, new management shows little ownership over staff speed of service or quality.

I get there to pick it up and they can't find my order and claim that I placed it at a different location. After showing them my order number, they finally found it in their system and said they'd start making it (great, now I have to wait). A half hour goes by and it's now 11pm - I go and ask if my order is almost done and they said they're still making it. People come and go, and I go up to the counter again at 11:15pm...low and behold, THEY STILL NEVER MADE MY ORDER. After them handwriting it on a piece of paper and me watching them make it, I finally got my food at 11:40pm. Asked them to comp me and all they could do was give me a free pizza on my next order. Don't order your food from this location.

He ordered on the app and we were told that it would be ready at a certain time but it was not ready until 25 minutes after that time. They were busy but they had plenty of people working. They had a young girl running the register who really had no idea what she was doing. I watched the cooks make my pizza and watched it come out of the oven and get boxed up and sit there for 10 minutes. I even said something to the girl.
