  Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles and 2 hash browns. They asked me to go to spot 1. I waited until 11:15 went to ask where my food was and was told they lost it.

  The morning crew almost always messes up my order. It’s never to my benefit either. I always get jipped. Won’t be getting breakfast from this location ever again.

  So i used to be a cook for McDonalds so believe me when I say...PUTTING FOOD TOGETHER IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. A literal Egg McMuffin is Egg and cheese on an English Muffin and yet somehow when I came through yesterday they managed to bungle that and gave me an English muffin with a piece of cheese. They arent programming an app, not performing experiments and sure as hell arent painting Picasso, so how can you forget the main item that is literally in the name? First and last time coming here because if they messed this up this badly, what else will they mess up?

  I stopped at McDonald's with my boyfriend just to grab a couple of drinks, and it ended up being a really frustrating experience. There were multiple employees behind the counter, but most of them were standing around joking with each other near the food area instead of helping customers. I ordered two drinks which should take a minute or two and waited over 10 minutes… and still hadn’t received them. What made it worse was that the manager on duty looked at me multiple times while I was clearly waiting and never once acknowledged the delay or checked on the order. That level of disregard really stood out. I will give credit to one employee who was mopping the floor and actually working but overall, the rest of the staff seemed disengaged. I ordered at the kiosk and paid cash at the register, which already added time, and then my change was rounded up even though there were clearly pennies in the register. If pennies are still available, customers should be given exact change. Overall, really poor service for something that should have been quick and simple.
