Put in an online complaint with cooperate and they claim they reached out to the owner. Over a week later and no response, so I reported the charge to my bank as fraudulent. It's not about the $3. It's about trust. It's just a real shame too because I went out of my way to support this new location, as it's in an area that the city is trying to rebuild. But I will NOT endorse a business that steals from their customers.
