  If you love a custom order, you’re going to loathe your decision to come to this Taco Bell; they have never got a custom order correct for my family. Does no lettuce ON the taco mean yall thought I must’ve wanted it on the SIDE of the thing?? Order a quesadilla with no chicken. Welp BAWK BAWK I guess

  3 hard shell tacos with barely 2 pencils worth of meat and maybe teaspoon of cheese. They don't care. This place will be closed soon if they don't realize people are paying good money for this food. Put forth some effort in your job instead of playing on your phones!

  I really want this store to do well. We have been here twice now since it's opening. The first trip was excellent. Food and service couldn't be better. I'm assuming help from other locations because the second trip was not as good. We waited 25 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food at the drive through. The tacos were superb (the reason for 3 stars and not 2). Started eating the crunch wrap there was no crunch. The crunchy part was soggy and soft with about 2 bites that were crunchy. And the taste was awful. Something changed in the 2 weeks between visits. I understand it's a new crew so I won't fault the time too much, but the taste just wasn't Taco Bell (I hope it's not tainted lettuce). Again, I reallyy want them to succeed but it needs work.

  Extremely long wait times, rude, couldn't care less about customers. After 15-20min if you politely ask when your food will be ready, they will rudely tell you it will be done when it's done....and if it's a door dash you're picking up they will say "it's just a door dash, not my problem"......that's where customers rank as a priority at this establishment.

  My husband and I gave this location another try. The last few visits there gas been something wrong each time. This time my husband just wanted a large nacho fry. They ended up giving him a 3/4 full fry container. Smh...we took a pic for proof. The last time he ordered a potato taco and it had maybe 6 pieces of potato in it. Smh..we will be driving to Charlotte taco bell instead from now on even tho this new taco bell in eaton rapids is only 2 blocks from our house.
