  Had me taste a Baja blast to see if it was watered down, and immediatly replaced the syrup when I said it was a little off. Top tier customer service from my local Taco Bell. Pretty sure the servers name was Shannon, rianna, or something with two n’s, but she was awesome for that

  The staff rly needs to get their stuff together, polite but always messes something up or forgets something. I guess If you have any special requests (ex: no beans, no lettuce, etc) You have to really double check before leaving that they actually did whatever it is you asked/included your full order because they never have for us. I know It’s not Ruth’s Chris but i would rather the food be mid but get everything i asked for

  Food was probably the best I've had. Everything was fresh and the ratio of shell to inside of my burritos was great. The only downer is they forgot my sauce so I had to park and go in. Still 5*

  I know your new to the area and probably dont have enough help but we were there last night 10/4/26 and we waited over 30 minutes for our food. (2 meals) nothing crazy all while 10 to 15 orders maybe more went through the drive-thru. There's got to be something you can do different. No one should ever have to wait that long to get there food.
