- CTChey T4 days ago1.0This tropical smoothie is very. They do not care about the customers. Refused to give me a refund for a smoothie I DID NOT receive. The corporate people over them also refused to give me a refund again for an item I DID NOT receive or get. I will never buy anything from tropical smoothie again. You guys just lost a very loyal customer due to your dissatisfaction for your customers and absolutely not caring at all. TERRIBLE

After the customer left no one said anything or even looked my way for five minutes or more. Finally had to speak up and ask it they were taking orders ( I'm 6'2" and plus sized so they definitely saw me standing there). Then while I was pulling out my money to pay for my items, my bank receipt fell out my pocket and the other staff member that walked past me must've thought it was money and picked it up. I knew what it was when it fell but when I looked over at him he claimed that it was a piece of paper he dropped. But I'm guessing thats the type of service you receive when you have young people running a business

Like why are you hostile to a PAYING CUSTOMER! I could see if I walked in here off the streets, just asking for something for free! I won’t be back! I’ll go where my dollar is appreciated
