  The drive thru wait was long and I was getting frustrated. I personally think 16 minutes is a long time for a drive thru. I even called to make sure everything was good. I know I sound like a Karen. When I got to the window the gentleman was so nice, very polite, professional and apologetic. He also had a nice smile and was friendly. His energy was so positive he made me forget all about the wait time. I am usually not impatient but I was hungry😂and I'm a big girl! When I got home the food was HOT and DELICIOUS. Honestly, I very rarely eat taco bell because the servings are usually poor and just not good. The servings were on point! Everything was excellent!This was by far the BEST taco bell I have ever been to. Now I feel stupid for getting frustrated with the wait. It was well worth it. Customer service was on point! I should have asked his name because his boss needs to know that he has excellent customer service.

  I had the worst experience at this taco bell tonight. I have been coming for years and the staff used to be so wonderful. Now they have the worst manager, Latanya. She refuses to help customers and instead just says you have to wait in line no matter how long it takes. I sat for 5 minutes and they didnt take my order, i started to ask how much longer. They just kept saying it was gonna be longer. After 10 minutes of not ordering i started to fume. Then the manager started to give me more attitude without still being able to get the line moving. 4 cars also sat in front of me without moving. And 2 cars behind me backed out and left. Unfortunately not the person behind me so i was stuck. The manager was rude and made me feel like I was the one in the wrong. Im sorry but fast food, is supposed to be fast. The drive through has no exit, so I was stuck there frustrated not being able to leave. I hope corporate can get this location back on its game because the way I was treated by a taco bell manager was absolutely sickening.

  Very upset I uploaded my receipt. I wanted Diablo nuggets they gave me plain nuggets. Also with so many mini hard nuggets. Im beyond upset 😡 😤 why give me plain nuggets. Will not return 9mile Eastpointe terrible. Plus they didnt have any Diablo ranch

  I went thru the drive thru at 11:55pm and was told that they were closed for the night and online it says that they are not closed until 3am. I was not offered an explanation just “sorry for the inconvenience but we are closed for the night” as they are clearly in there.

  Daughter placed a mobile order before heading to class she asked for light sauce and got 3 times the normal amount and even cold. So needless to say it was super sloppy and a total waste of money for her.
