- LALa Keyda A5 days ago3.0I placed an online order(#1784) July 3rd at 6:30 pm and they power went out because of a storm. When I called and spoke with the manager Dave, he did not know if I would get a refund or not. He said check your bank on Monday. I told him as a person in management that was unacceptable and that there should be a policy in place to tell customers when matters like this occur. Customers should have an explanation to where their money went or if store credit was an option to get in place. Corporate needs to do better at customer training their employees and making sure they have the tools to work efficiently. I order a lot from them but that may change if I'm not refunded my money back.

So my order for my size family is always around $50 or more if I dont have a good coupon to drop the price. My current order was $42. So because of not taking big bills it was said that I can go to the liquor store next to them and break my bill to come back and pay them. Money is money. Mark it with the fraud pen and come on. I dunno maybe im being ridiculous but I hate run around when things should be simple
