  I stood at one window after watching 2 girls place an order there, and a lady gets out of her car and goes to the other window and they take her order. I go to that window and stand there, another couple ladies show up and go over to the first window I was standing at, and the employees take their order. Im sure it had nothing to do with the fact I was the only white person on the property during all this.

  The quality of dessert items is unknown because my daughter decided not to wait in the line. She waited for about 10 minutes behind one family that was somewhat indecisive with their order. There seemed to be only one person taking and prepping orders this afternoon, while I saw multiple employees available to assist. Maybe we will be able to try a treat next time, but we will visit another location.

  Don’t know menu give false receipts gave wrong receipt overcharged don’t have point system not a real Dairy Queen

  They don't listen and get the order wrong every single time Horrible customer service skills & they don't correct their mistakes!! Don't waste your money here , go down the road to the Gratiot location it's Way better , you actually get what you order!

  I went here to pick up ice cream cake but they don't carry them unless you special order.
