  Horrible people working. Horrible service. No one at counter. Been here for 30 minutes. No one talks to you juat walk right past. Everyone needs to be fired.

  I hate how you have to order from the kiosk and don't deal with a cashier. Let's just let the employees get lazier by making their job easier

  we waited an entire hour for our order and they gave us the wrong order even after trying to confirm the right order.

  Worker came out trying to scare people away from ordering because they were 30-40 minutes behind. Dining room is filthy. Workers are unprofessional. There is one down the road that is so much cleaner and faster.

  I stopped in for a couple tacos. Placed the order at the screen. Paid with my credit card. Then a gentleman came out to say it would be 15 to 20 minutes because they are out of ground beef. I said I didn’t want to wait. They got the person in charge but they could not refund me, because they couldn’t figure it out. I asked for the managers name. I called back later to talk to him. But he made me feel like it was my fault for being upset. All he could do was apologize. And accused me of escalating the situation. This is a location that I might go to every 3 or 4 months. Not convent for me at all. I have to drive back there to get my refund. Complete incompetence on the manager for not training the staff. And how does Taco Bell run out of ground beef? Would not recommend this location at all.
