  Young manager with the glasses and black hair was super rude bc we showed up at 9:37. The door was locked when we got there. They also set the DoorDash food out on the weird little curb and when we left it had fallen in the ground. I feel bad for whoever got that food. Annoying experience. I understand you are tired and ready to go home but you're open till 10. If I show up at 9:58 put on smile and push through no reason to be snappy.

  Ordered online… drove 10 minutes there. Waited 20 more. One sandwhich was completely wrong and the other looked like this. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this location.

  Received a sandwich that wasn't what I ordered on stale/overbaked bread. Found out once I was 45 min away. Receipt had the correct order, so maybe the kids working could pay closer attention to what they're doing.

  You guys need more staff. It was 6 PM on a Thursday and you had one employee working, I felt horrible for him. My mobile order took 30 minutes.
