- MBMelissa BJul 22, 20265.0Austin & Matt saved the day for me last week! I had a big resident event that I forgot to order for and they pulled off a huge platter for me in 10 minutes, last second. These guys are rock stars!!!!
- ASAdam SeyburnJul 10, 20261.0I went to this Jimmy John’s and ordered a sandwich. There’s no tables here, but there’s a counter along the window where I’ve eaten several times in the past. The staff started yelling rudely at me that there’s no eating in the shop, which is obviously nonsense. I’ve seen many people do that, I’ve done that, there’s no sign saying you cannot do that, and there’s no rules in Michigan prohibiting it. Additionally, after leaving a message with the Jimmy John’s customer service and filling out the Feedback Form I’ve heard nothing. This is easily the worst Jimmy John’s location I’ve ever encountered.

My friend wasn’t even allowed to order tonight because last night she waited in the store for her Uber to come and didn’t cause a single problem but the workers were mad because they were simply just standing there. Workers are rude, and I will never come back as no one else should.
