  Wish they hadn't taken out tables, and a little more options, but the staff is awesome Reigna was so sweet. The bagels were so yummy.

  Reigna is my favorite worker she always takes care of us very fast and with care, I love going to Einstein’s bagels for everyday breakfast!

  The bagel quality has gone up since Einsteins bought brueggers! The baker does a great job, the bagels always have a nice crust and the variety is wonderful :) all of the staff seem happier too!

  We came here expecting Brugers, but was pleasantly surprised when we seen Einsteins! We recognized some of the old workers, they seem SO much happier. Its nice to see. Everyone did a great job and our food was perfect.

  I'm be serious... I honestly thought Brueggers Bagels was gonna be rebranded so much sooner than now ... However, here we are, 28 years later and I still excited about having an Einstein Bros Bagels in my area instead of having to drive back to metro Detroit. I actually love that there are more healthier , gourmet bagel choices, such as Ancient Grains and Spinach Florentine. I had to go for the Classic Lox sandwich with Spinach Florentine - the Sammie tasted amazing. I also had to get a toasted Garlic bagel (yes, Garlic is now able to be ordered through the app, unlike previous) with Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese. The pieces of garlic are actually softer, unlike the Brueggers Bagels incarnation, which were like a rasp to the roof of my mouth. Great to see that the previous BB staff get brought into the EBB brand store. Other than missing the sun-dried tomato spread that was proprietary to Brueggers, I completely welcome EBB in Greater Lansing.
