The last 5 times (over the past year) I have ordered here, their service has been consistent - consistent in the matter of not having things that are in the menu (protein milk option for example - every locations had it for months - today’s experience - they had no sausage), consistent in forgetting something from my families order that I paid for, and consistent in the service is slow and doesn’t care. Again, i go sometimes because it’s closest to my home, but they never fail at letting my family down. It’s every. single. time. And i’m not kidding - I wish this was better because I do love Dunkin. At some point (very soon), I will just turn me away from going all together.
