My husband ordered from this location (in person) a few months ago, and the experience was very upsetting. The staff called the police because they believed he was intoxicated. In reality, English is not his first language, and he has a bit of an accent. He had just finished a 12-hour shift and simply wanted to pick up a quick meal to bring home. Instead, he was put in a stressful and embarrassing situation that we still find difficult to understand. Unfortunately, we had another negative experience today. I regularly use the Domino’s app and have never had an issue before. Unbeknownst to me, my address numbers had somehow been switched in the app. When my order didn’t arrive, I called the store to ask what had happened. The employee who answered explained that the driver couldn’t access my apartment and also pointed out that I didn’t have a working phone number listed on my account. I completely take responsibility for not having a phone number entered( I did recently switch phone carriers) and I understand that this made it harder to reach me. What disappointed me was not the mistake itself, but how I was spoken to. The female employee was just flat out rude when I was simply trying to understand what had happened. She had a very rude unnecessary attitude. Customer service should involve treating people with courtesy, even when they’ve made an honest mistake. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after two unpleasant experiences, I felt it was important to share our experience. I hope this location takes customer service more seriously and is more mindful when interacting with people from different backgrounds.

40 min for carryout order when the initial quote was 20 min. To be fair I haven't gotten my pizza yest, but I do not have high hopes. Looks like I should stay and get my pies from the local gas station.

I had an unacceptable experience at this Domino’s tonight, and it needs to be addressed. I placed my order at 7:30 PM and arrived at the store 12 minutes later, which is completely reasonable. When I pulled up to the drive-through, I was told my order hadn’t even been started. The issue wasn’t the wait — it was the behavior of the young female employee working the drive-through window at that time. She offered no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no basic courtesy. She said she couldn’t find my order and abruptly told me to come back in 15 minutes, all in a rude and dismissive tone. There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to communicate professionally. Her behavior came across as incompetent, irritated, and completely uninterested in doing her job. After leaving, I called the store to speak with the manager, expecting the situation to be taken seriously. Instead, I received an equally unprofessional response. The manager showed no concern, offered no solution, and made no attempt to address the employee’s conduct. All he said was, “sorry about that,” and moved on. That level of indifference from management is unacceptable. Mistakes happen — but disrespecting customers and dismissing legitimate complaints is not okay. This was a complete failure in customer service from both the employee at the window and the manager on duty. I strongly recommend upper management or ownership review how this location is being run, because this experience reflects extremely poorly on the Domino’s brand.
