  Not sure what all the negative reviews are about but this chipotle is awesome, I’ve been here probably a dozen times now and it’s always been great. Although they tend to run out of a couple ingredients some of the time, the quality of the ingredients they do have in stock are always the best of the best you can get from Chipotle. Can’t go wrong with this location, great food.

  Honestly, just disappointing. Especially when you have a rare opportunity to go out and treat your family, you expect to at least receive the food you paid for. My burrito was supposed to have guacamole, lettuce, and cheese, but I didn’t receive any of those because they were still finishing my food while I was already paying. On top of that, my tortilla was completely raw. I also asked about the pollo asada and chili lime chips that I saw and was told they don’t have it. The portions were also extremely disappointing. The employee making my food was putting such small amounts into the bowls that another employee literally told him that what he had put into two bowls should have been enough for one. I even told them I was willing to wait for more ingredients, but I was completely ignored and told to just keep going. I understand that restaurants get busy, but this was unacceptable. The food was poorly prepared, the portions were incredibly small, and I didn’t even receive the ingredients I ordered. Do better, Chipotle. Please train and hold your employees accountable because customers shouldn’t have to pay full price for food that isn’t made correctly.

  I went to this location today around 8:30p and was informed there was no more white rice and was told it’ll be done in about 10 minutes. I left and went to the grocery store came back. Still no rice. Ok cool, I didn’t have a problem waiting on it. After waiting 30+ minutes still no rice. There were 3+ customers waiting on this rice as well. After maybe another 30 minutes of waiting and the rice is finally being put out we’re told there’s no more chicken and I have to wait an additional 15+ minutes for the chicken to be done. I didn’t leave chipotle until almost 10 o’clock. The employees just stared without any explanation or accommodations… just for my bowl to be mid. Do better pls.

  Poorly managed location with mostly lazy employees and terrible food quality. Every time I come here, the rice is stale or mixed in with one another, chicken is burnt, and steak is dry. That is if any of those are even ready. They NEVER have cheese and sometimes no steak at all, for like hours on end. They do not prep accordingly, and even slower days they do not have anything ready and you have to wait 10+ minutes if you want like half of the food that you want in your bowl. On a busy day expect a 30+ minute wait. Most, but not all employees are poorly trained in customer service. Like many other reviews say, it is more of a management / manager issue than anything else. Highly recommend driving to Okemos for better experience

  This is one of the worst Chipotle restaurants I've ever been to in my life. There was a disabled young man handling everything in the restaurant, from start to finish, making the orders.and then would have to take off his gloves in order to cash out customers. The manager stood by and talked to other employees. Cassandra the manger while in the middle of her conversation about what she did last night took a black fork, went over to the drive through where I could clearly see her, and other customers could as well and dug into the barbacoa. She ate what was one the fork and kept talking . I froze while the employee was ringing up my order. I told him I was sorry but was shocked by what I just seen. I asked Cassandra , does she have only one person running the entire line and ringing up customers? Her excuse was they started late. She walked away.The guy who rang me up I asked him could I speak with her again because I wanted to speak to her about her unprofessionalism. She went over to the far corner and started labeling things. When I made eye contact with her , I gestured for her to come over again. She refused to come over even after the gentleman that cahed me out asked her to come over. Who did come over was Laura. Laura, told me she was the AB. I told her that Cassandra eating the food out of the holding tray was not only disgusting but unprofessional. I also addressed it with Laura about the young disabled man making orders from start to finish and then cashing them out as well. I told her I have never been to a Chipotle where one person does everything.Even if he made the orders from start to finish , there is supposed to be someone there to cash the customer out. That's too much for one individual yet alone someone that has clear signs of a disability. I should have stayed away when I saw that they had 2.7 star rating. Will never go back Seemed like the young man with the disability was going through hazing. I've contacted corporate about this restaurant and their despicable practices.
