- AGAllan Greig6 days ago1.0This place needs to be unplugged and rebooted! Clearly a management and owner problem. And I’m not alone in this from the looks of all the negative reviews. Whoever is in charge doesn’t understand basic food service. Staff need training in hospitality. Clean, clean, clean. I live near by but now drive all the way to Okemos rather than deal anymore with this place. Hey corporate, let us know when this one is under new leadership.

I stopped in at 1:15pm today and they were out of barbacoa, honey Chipotle chicken, and hard shells for tacos. They had nothing prepared and nothing cooking on the grill. This is a failing business model if staff/management cannot communicate when more food needs prepared.

I was tired after working and I wanted a close location. Anyways, it was a complete mess in there. From the kitchen, to the dining area to the bathroom. They were out of cheese, which I thought was a major ingredient here. They were also out of cilantro lime sauce because they ran out. The trash was overflowing, every single trash. Then I thought I would use the bathroom before leaving and there was no toilet paper.
