  The food was alright but bless those two poor young girls that had to take orders. There was a line up to 5-8 people and the place was packed. The counter they were making the orders was pretty messy but the workers probably didn't have time to clean so I'll let it slide. I don't know what the big guy in the kitchen was doing but it didn't look like he was helping. He could've wiped the counter, make orders, or cleaned up the male bathroom's floor that had toilet paper scattered everywhere. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be the same tall, disrespectful, white guy with brown hair. The trash cans were overflowing even though there were 3 of them. The place was just overall understaffed and unsanitary.

  My daughter and I stopped for lunch on a Sunday around 4pm. They were out of steak and chicken, they didn’t have any napkins in the whole store and nearly every table was dirty.

  This chipotle is notorious for being incredibly disappointing and every time I’m here they live up to that expectation. My standards are already on the floor for this place and they somehow still never fail to surprise me. It’s literally the middle of the day and they are out of white rice, black beans, and chicken. The workers aren’t even competent to tell you any of this before starting an order. So I’m just awkwardly standing in line telling everyone to go in front of me while I wait 20 minutes for chicken. They fill my bowl not even halfway and then charge me an arm and a leg. It’s just tired and needs a new hiring manager. Nobody here knows what they’re doing.

  The food was on par with other Chipotle locations I've been to, though they didn't have steak so I had to get chicken instead :/. The staff was nice enough. My two complaints regarding the food are that the lemonade is slightly too sweet, and also the person who wrapped the foil on my burrito didn't do a very good job. I'm honestly inclined to believe that she simply didn't care as opposed to not knowing how, because the burrito's tortilla was wrapped decently, but hopefully I'm wrong. If not, I believe whoever is in charge should address it with her. I have a third complaint, and that's that a majority of the times I've tried to patronize the store within the operating hours listed on the door, they've been closed, and only once during those times was there a notice posted on the door saying that they would be open later. I believe this location should be more proactive in that regard.

  Went for lunch today at 12:00 pm and the doors were locked. We were let it and it appears there were only 2 or 3 employees working. The service was slow and it appeared it had not been cleaned in a bit. The utensil holders had food and bottle caps in them. The bathroom was disgusting. Piss everywhere. I guess paying $15-$17 an hour does not gurantee people will come to work or even do their job.
