  Dined in spent almost $100 with youth group order. The Sweet Tea was out no offer of refunds only to pick another drink. They made a grilled burritos incorrectly and when brought to their attention they said it was made the way it was ordered. Then we had to show them the receipt of what was ordered and gave them what was made. Another employee made the reorder as the employee who made it incorrectly refused to remake the order. We sat and dined in and witnessed them be pleasant and kind to the other customers that were white. We are a group of mixed races.

  Went through the drive thru and they left out The most expensive item in my order, a crunch wrap supreme. The also left out the nugget sauce. If the employees don’t care about doing this job right they’re never going to care about any job they’re doing. Why can’t drive through orders be double checked. Sadly this is my first shorted order from this Taco Bell. Your prices are nearing other high end fast food establishments, too bad your service isn’t.

  Ordered on app for drive through at Dowagiac, MI taco bell. Pulled to window and girl was extremely rude saying I had to come inside despite my sprained ankle. Then was not served. Then told there was no contact information for the GM, just that his name was David.
