I work nearby so I constantly go here and I'm constantly disappointed that the amount of sauce put on burgers or wraps or the fact of the sauce being all at the end of the wrap in the first three bites are dry. I understand this is a busy location but I'd rather wait an extra few minutes for my order to be right and made with the right amount of sauce order a McDouble extra everything and my burger is still dry it's like you guys are the guardian of the sauces or something.

The two sausage and egg McMuffins bun was burnt black. It wasn’t brown. It was black. The sausages were burnt black and the manager had an attitude and said oh “you just waited too long pick up the order.” She was gaslighting me. Yes I placed the order and then came to the restaurant and it took me 20 minutes. whether those sat on the counter for longer period of time doesn’t matter, the meat and bread was burnt. I said just give me a refund. Thank you. I’m sorry that I’m a DoorDash driver and I was on a delivery and had to make my delivery time but I didn’t wanna miss breakfast since I’m paid very little money with no benefits no paid vacations and if your car dies, you don’t have a job.

The issue started over a charge for Mac Sauce. I initially tried to pay for it, but the employee told me I was okay. During my visit, I observed the transition before me another customer receive a free cup of pickles after the manager herself asked him what kind of pickles he wanted and provided them without charging him. When I asked about getting Mac Sauce, the employee told me I could get it when my order came up. Before he could even finish speaking, the manager interrupted and immediately told me that I had to pay for it. I paid for the Mac Sauce without any issue, but I questioned why I was being charged while another customer had just received free extras. Instead of receiving a professional explanation, I was met with a defensive and argumentative attitude. What made the situation even more frustrating was what happened afterward. After I questioned the difference in treatment and left the counter, the manager apparently realized the other customer had not paid for the pickles. She then called out to him from across the restaurant, told him he needed to pay for the pickles, and apologized to him. It felt like the situation was only corrected after I pointed out the inconsistency. As the situation continued, I later called the store and requested the name of the General Manager because I wanted to address my concerns through the proper channels. The manager I spoke with claimed that she was the General Manager. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. I found this extremely unprofessional and concerning. Customers should be able to identify management when attempting to resolve a complaint. I then went online to file a complaint and realized I needed the store number. I called back and asked for the store number assigned to that McDonald’s location. Her response was, “You’re calling it now.” I explained that I was asking for the actual store number assigned to the restaurant. She refused to provide it and instead continued arguing about the original issue. At that point, I ended the call. The conversation became increasingly uncomfortable. Rather than focusing on resolving my concern, the manager became argumentative. During the discussion, when concerns about how I felt I was being treated were raised, she responded by saying that she dates a Black man and therefore is not racist. I found that comment completely inappropriate and unrelated to the issue I was attempting to address. That statement did not resolve anything and only made the interaction more uncomfortable. I am a frequent customer and spend money at this location regularly. I expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. My concerns are not about the cost of Mac Sauce. My concerns are the inconsistent treatment of customers, the argumentative behavior from management, the refusal to provide management identification, the refusal to provide the store number, and the inappropriate comments that were made when I attempted to address my concerns. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed. I would also like to know the name of the actual General Manager responsible for this location and whether the conduct described above reflects McDonald’s standards for customer service and management professionalism. Thank you for your time and attention.

Absolutely terrible experience. I called and asked for the General Manager’s name and was told by a manager that she was the General Manager, which I do not believe was true. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, she immediately became argumentative over Mac Sauce. What made the situation even worse was that when I expressed concerns about how I was being treated, her response was to tell me she wasn’t racist because she dates a Black man. That has absolutely nothing to do with how customers are treated and was completely unprofessional. I come to this location regularly and have spent plenty of money here over the years. The rude attitude, refusal to identify herself, arguing with a customer, and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. Management and ownership need to take a serious look at how this location is being run.

Been coming to this McDonald’s for a long time and today’s experience rubbed me the wrong way. Watched a white customer get a free cup of pickles, but I get charged for Mac Sauce right after. It’s hard not to notice when people are treated differently right in front of you. management here is trash!
