  They always live up to their reputation. If they say 12:44, food will be done at the time they say. The food is great. You will be back. Customer service is fantastic. Check them out.

  DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, it took over 45mins for me to get my order on top of the food was HORRIBLE. i ordered the turkey wing (leg and drunk) OVERLY SEASONED with mashed potatoes w/gravy (made me vomit) and the string beans &mac was A WASTE OF TIME. presentation needs major work. i'm very disappointed

  When attempting to place an order over the phone the staff at times are rude and disrespectful to customers that are patronizing the business that they are employed by. I can get rude and disrespectful treatment at work for free. I will not pay to be treated with disrespect. I don't expect for them to roll out the carpet, but I do expect kind courteous service when I'm spending my money in your establishment. If this happens to enough customers, I'm sure the negative economic effect it could have on the business would matter to the proprietor of The Turkey Grill. If this happens to me just one more time, I will never purchase anything from this restaurant again. Clean up your act. I don't cost a thing to be kind.
