  Really good sandwiches and fresh ingredients. The workers were very friendly and helpful, and they made my order exactly how I wanted. Great service overall and a nice place to grab a quick meal

  Just ordered delivery. Sandwich didn’t have any mayonnaise or cheese on it, it wasn’t properly wrapped either. How hard can it be to make a simple sandwich 🙄

  We’ve all been there: running on fumes, staring down a tight schedule, and just needing a quick bite in the city that doesn't slow you down. I swung by this Subway on Grand River right in the middle of a chaotic afternoon, expecting just the standard, run-of-the-mill sandwich experience. Honestly? I was completely blown away by how well-run this spot is. First off, as soon as you walk in, you notice how incredibly clean it is. The whole setup looks brand new and spotless. The bright lighting, the immaculate glass on the prep station, and even the chip racks and drink coolers are perfectly stocked and organized. It shares space with a convenience setup, which is honestly a huge plus because I was able to grab my lunch, a cold drink, and some snacks for later all in one swoop. I also noticed they have the fresh meat slicers right behind the counter now, and you can really taste the difference in quality. The staff working the line deserves a shoutout, too. They were handling a steady flow of customers like absolute pros—working fast to keep the line moving, but they didn’t rush me while I was ordering. They built my sandwich exactly how I asked, toasted it perfectly, and didn't drown it in sauce (which is usually my biggest pet peeve!). If you are navigating downtown Detroit and need a fast, reliable, and surprisingly fresh meal, this location is a hidden gem. It completely elevated my usual fast-food expectations. Quick, friendly, and spotless. I'll definitely be making this my regular stop when I'm in the area!
