  Me and my family went here for a simple caffeine hit for a good start to an early traveling morning. Instead of that, we had an encounter with a woman who worked there. While we were starting our mcdelivery order and asking our family member what they wanted, a woman came up to us, and essentially said come in, we denied because we were fine where we were, just right outside the restaurant. Once we said such, her demeanor entirely changed and with a straight face said “…no loitering that’s illegal…” over and over and over again, slowly getting quieter. Almost like crows cawing. I found this quite creepy to say the least. Oh yea and our drinks lid was leaky, good frappes tho.

  Ordered 2 mcmuffins and a iced vanilla coffee. Got the sandwiches decently fast but not my coffee. Waited for it and I asked where it was and the lady said its coming. I wait 15 minutes. Everyone's order is being made and I still dont have my coffee. I ask the lady that I want a refund because I didnt get my coffee. She goes to the back and the old guy comes out and asked what do I need. I tell him I've been waiting 15 minutes for my coffee and that's absurd. Lady comes out with iced coffee. I don't understand why it didnt come out at the same time my mcmuffins came out. Everyone else's did. Will not be ordering here again. Staff where unorganized and not looking like the want to work there.

  This is the first place in US I every been, ask for hot water , they said , “I need charge you for hot water” especially I ordered food!
