    I went at breakfast time and the taste of the food and service at this McDonald's location was good for a McDonalds on my last visit. Food quality is your standard McDonalds quality. My order was correct. The location is busy and so there was a little bit of a wait but the staff were courteous and the food tasted the way it should.

    Late night visit after the Hamilton show 11pm. Long lines. Very friendly staff talking order. Cookies not warm and frozen slush was cold.

    Service is so horrible why have a pickup window if no one’s going to answer it when we ring the bell. 6 people have walked up and stood for at least 6-8 mins ringing the doorbell just for employees to look at us & say nothing. Then they don’t answer the phone but when they do the just mute it & put it down so unprofessional and disgusting

    staff and management are extremely rude, hostile, and dismissive. I waited at the counter for over 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me. When I complained to a manager she proceeded to talk about me loudly to another manager in front of other customers. My issue was never addressed aside from her aggressively asking me what I expected her to do about it. Leadership at all levels concerning this restaurant should be held accountable for their extremely poor customer service and poor quality of food.

    It’s very sad to see it say like this discriminate against color when people are just waiting patiently not making no judgment no none of that and the person that is running your drive-through is the only one making judgment that is not in your job description your employee should do better and how to run establishment Like this. It’s not fair to your customers when your employee keeps skipping over customers two or three times at a time special because of the color.
