  Every time I go to this location is crowded in the drive~thru. My food is usually wrong and I still have to wait for an item. To save time I’ve gone in. Big mistake. Everyone is working the drive-thru. Then when you ask for service, they ignore you. I waited 10 minutes. There was a man and a dasher there. The man said it didn’t look like they even acknowledge we were in the lobby. I gave up and left. Slow customer service.

  I waited 25 mins for a mobile order I think they had new staff. I was disappointed in the level of service today.

  Best sausage and biscuit sandwich ever on Wyoming and W. Warren. Inside and outside always clean and staff very polite 👌🏾 😌 l like this establishment

  replace the whole night shift… i sat in line for 20 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. The person at the window will skip one side taking orders to continually take orders from the other side.

  I literally just tried to order a simple meal one McChicken one small fry and a large Dr Pepper. The drive-through worker said that the cook throughout all the food, I guess these workers lie on Night Shift just to not serve customers this was at 3:38 AM this morning 4/30/26 I guess they are messing up McDonald’s revenue this is what makes people hate Detroit. You can’t even get it meal because these lazy workers do not want to work or even do something as simple as put something in the fryer.
