  Terrible service, lady taking orders 04/30 was highly disrespectful. Multiple people pushed ahead of me to order. Highly disrespectful. Closed the lobby early, wouldn’t let me do curbside! Literally had to scrap my whole order

  Had to wait 30 minutes for food finally got it and the order was wrong. Do you think they apologize. Nope customer service is everything plus job security if you don't have customer you can't make money. Just be grateful 🙏🏽 that you have a job and be happy 😊 it doesn't cost anything you'll sleep better at night knowing you did your best, God is always watching. Let's make something very clear this was not a delivery. I think the response to our reviews are not personal but computer generated and that right there should tell us something about the customer service .

  Horrible order 2 bec McGriddles sub round egg got home to find sec McGriddles with round egg ordered at 10:20. Came back at 10:35 to be told THERES nothing that can be done other than comeback another day. Bs i want a refund and my food, i didnt waste my gas and time to get get the wrong food and still can't even eat the food I wanted today ridiculous, really nice manager named sandy helpled me so I'll give props to her, but ridiculous nonetheless
