  I’m not one to share reviews, but this place is ridiculous I could order the same exact sandwich three days in a row and somehow the sandwich will be made three different ways that are all incorrect. It’s a rare occurrence that you actually get the right order. Not worth the headache

  Ordered JJ because I thought it would be their delivery person. I remember when they used to be "freaky fast" nope. They are letting some idiot on a bicycle take 45 minutes to deliver it. Will never order again.

  I get lunch there a few time a week and I never have an issue. Fast, consistent, and reliable. Exactly what I ordered. The other fast-casual restaurants downtown could learn a thing or two from Jimmy.

  I ordered on the mobile app for delivery and this location sent out an uber eats driver. I only order delivery from JJ or Dominoes because the drivers are supposed to be employed by them. Update: food/drink was in a big stapled bag that is tamper proof. And took regular time to arrive 30mins from order to delivery.
