  “Freaky Fast Delivery” Every single time I order from this store it takes forever to arrive. I most recently ordered a delivery and it took them an hour and 45 minutes to get my food delivered. Service is always terrible.

  I ordered a little John #5 with no oil/vinegar, add mayo and hot peppers. The wait was a little long, and the music was way too loud inside. My sandwich was drowned in the singular ingredient I asked to have excluded, the oil and vinegar. I know the cashier heard me because they confirmed it verbally, "no oil or vinegar?" That's right, no oil or vinegar. And it's on my receipt. This happens 3/5 times at various Jimmy John's locations. It's getting a little old. I've been to better JJ locations, this one could use some work.

  I recently visited this location and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided by the team working tonight. The two men and the woman on shift were an absolutely immaculate team—professional, highly communicative, and incredibly efficient. The atmosphere was spotless, and the quality of the service was top-tier. It is refreshing to see such a dedicated crew working with this level of precision and professionalism. Hands down, this is one of the best Jimmy John’s locations I have visited. Highly recommended!

  Good, but very slow. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for a pickup order during lunch rush, even when classes aren't in session. I never see the same faces, save for one or two guys; constantly feels like they're training new people, which probably says something about the work environment.

  Always extremely unfriendly employees and the hours are inaccurate. Said open till 10 but walked in at 6:50pm and they told me they were closed.
