  We sat at a table for over 15 minutes and no one ever came to get our drink or food order. Told them we were leaving because nobody waited on us and all the serve said was sorry.

  Food was ok…. Sucks that no mimosas BUT the host Romell is fab and was wonderful!!! I will def go back bc of him!!!

  Second time trying Haus of brunch, last year was a bit of the same, good food but poor execution and Slow service. Today we arrived 10:45 ish, we were sat right away and given water , that is where the waiting began. 15-20 minutes for the server to come to the table, he was nice but that would be the last interaction for quite some time. Biscuits and gravy to share between the two of us, it was different but delicious. Avocado toast and an omelette to finish. 10-15 minutes for the B&G, 20-30 after that for the rest. The only time we interacted with the server again is when he dropped off salt and pepper and started the food would be right up.....15 minutes later and a 10 minutes separation between mine and my partners dishes. Mine minus the sourdough toast I ordered but hey at least I didn't have anyone to complain to. When the clock struck noon we finally got the servers attention long enough to pay our check. At least they have the pay at table machines. The food was good , but they have serious issues with staffing. It looked as though there were two servers for the entire restaurant (half full), ours seemed to be setting up tables for the hostess and going back in the kitchen to give instructions. The server was hustling but when you have three two tops in a row and only one gets a touch each time you are there every ten minutes does not make a for a good experience.

  Absolutely aces breakfast! I am not much of a waffle guy, but I made a solid choice with the Red Velvet Waffle. I was also able to try the Biscuits & Merguez. I could go for that with a couple of over easy eggs any time. The Classic Breakfast my son had was very good as well.

  I hate when timing allows me to fall between the cracks. This is a upscale spot. We arrived and they're was no host/hostess to seat us. We stood (my friend on a cane) until I actually waved someone down. Let me back up and state that the restaurant was not crowded at all. Once our order was placed and our waiter disappeared. A helper bought our food which was missing items. Long story short, or easier appeared near the conclusion of our meal and played "catch up" with more coffee, etc. When you are billed as upscale, you can't afford to miss.
