  First time at this restaurant and I will say I never have to return. How does your staff or management not know that you don’t have menu items at 9:30am but did not make us aware until we had already been waiting for almost 30 minutes? Our server was amazing but the manager definitely needs to find another line of employment….He found every reason to take our servers attention from us to everywhere else that was not his area …..the food we did get was incorrect after waiting an additional 20 minutes…. and while my intuition said to leave long before anything was made we stayed to give it a try….. We ended up leaving full plates of food there and paid the $65 bill for food we didn’t eat….

  Okay, where do I start. First, for a party of (2) it took us almost 1 hour 38 minutes to get served. We were seated immediately upon entering but we were sitting at our table, without appetizers, drinks or anything for 1 hour and 38 minutes before our food arrived. It was literally an episode of a parody of a restaurant taking place before my eyes and the entire time we kept going what the heck is going on? It was crowded but not overly so. Tons of servers standing around. Customers walking around and throwing up (drunk) while walking so staff had to clean it up and the list goes on. I got a coffee and French toast which was tasty but most definitely not worth the wait. The icing on the cake was added items to our ticket which we did not order. Even the server was confused. He took them off without a problem and apologized. He seemed quite a bit flustered himself. All and all, I would not recommend.

  Celebrated Mother’s Day brunch here with my family and overall had a nice experience. The food was good, the mocktails were delicious and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was great for a family celebration. The biggest issue was the service. We waited quite a while for our table to be put together after arriving, and once seated, we had to ask for water and silverware. The staff was friendly, but the service felt slow and a bit unorganized, especially for such a busy holiday. That said, the food and drinks helped make up for some of the delays. With a little more attention to service and preparation during peak times, this could easily be an even better experience.

  There was no notice that the menu would be prefix and $60 before our reservation but this was the case when my party of ten walked in. The staff offered no support. On top of this, you could order regular pickup online PLUS a discount, but dine in customers didn’t deserve any of that… right?

  If you’re looking for a great brunch spot this is the place. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I love the color scheme of this restaurant. I made a reservation (which I highly recommend) as it does get a little bit crowded. I had a party of 3 and we were sat immediately after checking in. I tried the prickly Paloma and Cortado. If you’re into mocktails they have many options and the Paloma was good, but the cortado was my favorite. I love coffee and they have many options for coffee. The cortado was smooth and bold in flavor. For food I ordered the lemon blueberry poppyseed pancakes and the chicken and waffles. The food was out of this world spectacular. I’m not a big chicken fan, but the chicken was so good and fresh. The pancakes had a perfect amount of sweetness and a nice tangy flavor as well. As someone with a severe nut and fish allergy I LOVED that the staff will ask about allergies I didn’t have to tell them or be concerned about having a reaction. The service was great. Overall I’m so happy with my experience, I will be back.
