  They have great food definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good date spot. Their food is amazing and their workers are very friendly. Special thanks to our server Mrwan, he had great service and made sure all our needs were met. Definitely will come back!

  This was our first time coming and we woll be back. The peach cobbler French toast was AMAZING, the crab benedicts were sooooo good and perfectly cooked. The potatoes were just okay to me but my boyfriend loved them. I will say it was a little warm in the building and my matcha was just okay. But overall a good place for brunch

  The customer service is terrible. My waiter never checked on us during the meal. The food was good 8/10 but bad customer service took my rating down to 6/10. First time dining in, it was my birthday… probably should have gone somewhere else. I had banana fosters French toast, chicken sausage and the chicken sandwich with the haus potatoes. Food was good I probably should have gotten fries instead of the potatoes. Probably wouldn’t dine in again.

  More like Haus of wait. Arrived on a Saturday with 6 friends to eat brunch. It was a 40 minute wait for the table, which is fine, it's busy downtown weekend with the Jazz fest going on. They have what looks like a full service bar but they don't serve alcohol. Fine. I like coffee. Drinks for everyone at the table came but my simple cup of coffee did not arrive until I stared down our server and he sent over a cup. Then we began to wait, it took well over 30 minutes for the first plate to arrive. I'm with classy people who politely wait for everyone to be served. They would be waiting another 20 minutes before everyone else's plate arrived. Mine was the last to come. When the waiter deigned to visit the table he told me it would be a short wait for my food, I asked "How long of a wait." He said, "Oh are you in a hurry?" I'm not in a hurry but the standard wait time should be 20 minutes for food and all the food should arrive at the same time. They say that hunger is the best seasoning and after a 40+ minute wait for my food I was hungry. But it didn't seem to help as the food was pretty bland. I'd recommend staying away from this place. They don't know brunch.

  First time at Haus of Brunch, and it was a letdown across the board. We had a reservation, which usually means the pace is set before you walk in the door, but it was slow from the jump and never recovered. Slow to get seated, slow to get checked on, slow on refills. Once the plates hit the table we basically stopped existing. I had to flag someone down just to get a straw. Somebody did finally come by to ask how everything was, but we were nearly done eating by then. That's not a check-in, that's a formality. If the food had been sent back, we'd have been sitting there another twenty minutes. The food is where it really fell apart. We ordered the steak and eggs and it came out lukewarm, like it had been plated and sitting under a warming light for a solid ten minutes before anyone walked it over. That's the kind of thing you can taste, not just feel. A steak that's been holding under a lamp keeps cooking, so whatever temp it was pulled at is not the temp you're eating. The crust goes soft, the rested juices sit on the plate instead of in the meat, and the fat stops being rich and starts being waxy. Eggs are even less forgiving. A yolk that's been sitting tightens up and skins over, and the whites go rubbery. Nothing about it tasted like it had just come off the line. And it wasn't only our plate. Everything at the table came out the same temperature, which tells me this isn't one cook having a bad morning. That's a timing issue between the kitchen and the pass. Food is getting finished before anyone is ready to run it, and then it sits. On a busy brunch service that's usually an expo problem or an understaffed floor, and given how slow the service was, I'd bet on the second one. The latte had the same problem. I ordered it hot and it arrived barely warm, cool enough to drink straight down without waiting. If milk gets steamed properly and goes out right away, you should not be able to gulp it. Either it sat with the food or it was pulled and parked. The frustrating part is that the actual cooking wasn't bad. Seasoning was fine, nothing was overdone in a way you could blame on the cook. It's an execution and timing problem, not a talent problem, and that's fixable. Atmosphere is decent if a bit loud and tight, and the place clearly draws a crowd.
