- LLLuna LynnSep 25, 20261.0I ordered a Greg special to a robot never received my order I called the store the store confirmed that it was the wrong order they told me they had to call the owner to cancel my order that my car was charged I never received my order or a confirmation 10 hours later I get an email stating that my order was delivered now I got the order this place is horrible because they have a robot as a customer service rep I will be contacting the better Business bureau

The gentleman behind the counter said yes, but the irritated attitude I received was completely unnecessary. I overlooked it but that really was my sign to leave. I ordered my slice and asked how much it was. He gave me the price, but between the loud music, the thick glass separating us. I repeated what I thought I heard $4. Then he threw his hands up and just start speaking while walking away, I could barely hear him. The lady repeated the price, and I said, “Okay, I couldn’t hear him,” because at that point I was genuinely trying to understand what he was saying. There was absolutely NO reason for the attitude. I walked in as a paying customer, spoke respectfully, and did nothing to warrant being treated like an inconvenience. I or any customer should not have to absorb someone else’s bad mood just because they walked into your workplace. If you’re having a bad day, I can respect that but don’t take it out on people who are simply trying to order food in a place you order food. And honestly, I would NEVER EAT FROM A HAND LIKE THAT. I ended up tossing the food because if you have that in you it won’t be in me that’s for sure. First impression after years away: RUDE. Last impression: I WON’T BE BACK. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place based on my experience. Customer service is part of the product, and today, it was SERIOUSLY LACKING‼️(hands washed feet dusted off).

I thought ordering online would be a better option to speed up pickup. I still spent 20 minutes waiting even though my order appeared to be ready. Atmosphere can surely be improved. The event/information board can use updating if they intend to maintain it.
