I was then told my order wouldn’t be made since they were so far behind. I asked to have my money refunded, and the cashier acted like I was the hugest inconvenience because I expected a refund for an order I did not and was not going to receive. This was a terrible experience.

Called again, stated “store has issues right now all orders will be canceled,” hung up on again. Called 2 more times, upon answering was told “we’re closed” and hung up on before I could say anything. 3rd time they said “ma’am we’re closed” and I tried asking about a refund as the tracker said somebody was making it but also being told they’re closed and was hung up on while speaking. Very unprofessional and rude workers, needs to do better or find a different job not dealing with people.
